Now what do I mean by this?

You may be thinking ok so I work at subway and I serve customers, make Subs, I clean and not to mention I deal with complaints so how am I suppose to take on more responsibility?

Well you can start by asking your boss if you can increase customer retention buy utilising their social media business profiles.

Business men or women both understand time is valuable and that is why they have you working for them in the first place, But if you can free up more of their time then they will love you.

Especially if you can get more customers in through the door.

Or another option would be to ask them if you can learn some of the stuff they have to do.

For example bosses usually have to send out multiple emails, they have to fill out forms, write into spreadsheets, food orders, sickness logs, interviews and many more.

So if you offer your service and ask if they would teach you something that would free up more of their time and be sure to word it like this. "Hey Mr/Mrs smith do you think you could teach me how to do food orders please because I really want to learn this but I also know it will free up some of your time so you can focus on other parts of the business"
