1. Take care of your physical health.

Exercise regularly, eat a balanced diet, and get enough sleep.

Because we all know a healthy body equals a healthy mind.

Spend time with friends and family, take up a hobby, or do something creative.

And enjoy the little things like having a bath or eating a meal, take time to really experience the little things.

Spend time with people who make you feel supported, accepted, and appreciated.

Sometimes all we need is a friend or simply someone to lend a ear.

4. Do something meaningful.

Spend time on activities that make a positive difference in your life and the lives of others.

This could be learning a new skill, volunteering at a community centre or homeless shelter.

5. Practice gratitude.

Take time each day to appreciate the good things in your life.

Example - I am grateful for my eyes, my sense of smell, the ability to learn and grow.

6. Learn to forgive.

Let go of anger and resentment, and practice compassion and understanding.
